Rosi's Pupuseria - Garland

I was surprisingly disappointed. As a rule, the hole in the wall restaurants is amazing, especially when it was around a while, but Rosis was really a waste. We ordered a variety of Pupusa and the only ones worth the 3 dollars were the pig. Chicken and cheese was tasteless, fajita beef was unusable and tasted like old oil, zucchini was also tasteless. They were all extremely oily, such as soggy and fell apart. The Coleslaw was also soggy and there was Ziploc bag she was everywhere in the square. The boy who took our order was not just inviting or energetic. I couldn't hear him when he spoke. It was late at night, so take this recipe with a grain salt, but they were still open for about hot when we visited. Definitely not worth the price.

At one point, this was the best place to get Pupusas. I'm not sure that's true anymore. A few problems; 1) the last time I ordered Pupusa, they came out, so underboiled they were wet. Without putting the curtido on you? d need a spoon to eat it. My Horchata tasted like an extremely sweet burned popcorn. It's almost like they wanted to cover the burned taste with excessive sugar. 2) the waitstaff are very nice, but absolutely do not worry about your food or food experience. If you say anything, her attitude is to be you?. 3) I know prices have risen, but this is not the price increase I am talking about here. I was charged $6.48 for a big horchata, if it is usually $4.32. I didn't notice the price until I saw my reception later. I asked the cashier what the price should be, and she said $4.32, so I showed her my receipt that I paid $6.48. Your answer and nothing else. My last two experiences have not left me with much confidence to return at any time soon, which is regrettable because I have really enjoyed this place for years. Hopefully they read some of these negative reviews that have been published recently and are able to turn it around.

Some of the best Pupusa I've ever had! Yes, waiting is long, but the food is fresh and amazing

Let me start by saying I don?t like to give restaurants bad reviews but this is a health issue. My family and I went yesterday. Initially we were pleased. The service was friendly (not very attentive but she was nice). We were excited to try the pupusas from here and once our food arrived it looked delicious and was. Started eating and upon adding the cabbage salad stuff I saw a small roach in the container. I brought it to the servers attention and received no apology no acknowledgment nothing just a let me grab another one. By then my appetite was lost. From that point on I could not eat. My son had to go to restroom so my hubs took him and says let?s go, Leave the food and let?s pay. He told me he saw 3 roaches in the restroom or on the way to the restroom. Food maybe ok, it smells and looks clean but they clearly have an infestation of roaches. Be careful and hopefully they do something about the issue, I know shopping strips are hard to treat.

Food is great but service sucks. Been here a couple of times and ONLY when I come by myself I get looks from the females and it took 45 mins just to get 6 cheese pupusas. All the males that came after me got their food first. Did I mention I was by myself? There is 4-5 waiters. Also, when I got my food someone else's food was in my bag, too ??
