Down-home food at a down home price. A bit too spicy for me ....get hush puppies to bring it to great but side.

Food is always great! The bathrooms need a complete makeover. The women's bathroom was filthy. You would think that as busy as they are everday, some renovations need to be done.

Nice place with great food and good service! I highly recommend and I myself will definitely be going back! It's inexpensive as well which is nice

I called way ahead for a takeout order. I thought the reason that a customer calls in for an order is to have it ready when they get there. I get to the takeout window and told the woman my name. I had to wait 20 mins or more for my order. Also, the woman behind the counter had no personality and she was rude. The Brunswick stew had too much corn in it and it was way too sweet. The hush puppies were good and the bbq sandwich was ok. I won't be buying anymore food from here anytime soon.

Came here with family to have some good traditional NC bbq and it was exactly that. Great vinegar bbq, hush puppies, okra and more. Lower rating due to cleanliness and especially the bathroom. The bathroom was terrifying dirty, dusty, musty, and possibly moldy from looking around. Tiles peeling from the floor. Peeling paint. The dining area was cleaner but still very dirty everywhere. Bathroom needs a desperate update the most.
