Little Caesars Pizza - Garner

The host completely ignored me and took two orders from customers who arrived after me while I was in line. I ended up leaving because the customer service here is the worst in the area. What has happened to this place?

I absolutely love this little caesars. I order food from here at least once a month! They have always made my food on time and always hot and ready! Today I order 2 pepperoni pizzas with Buffalo wings with crazy bread and was so good as always! They never have disappointed me and I?m so happy they are open! The staff is very friendly and clean and seem to have a nice environment!! Always pleased with our purchases every time!! Love you little caesars pizza!! ?

If you want to get an idea of how important customer feedback is to a business, read the reviews to see if the business responds to its customers. Yeah, not gonna happen here. I called the store last night to let them know the app was not allowing online orders...when the worker picked up, they said We are taking walk-in and online orders only and hung up. Didn 't even give me the chance. I called right back and told her that she may get away with that with other customers, but not me. She said, I have all new employees. I said, that is not an excuse to hang up on customers without asking them any questions, see why they are calling, etc . It 's always something with this place, whether it 's their new policy of not answering the phone after 9 when they close at 10, etc. NEVER AGAIN. Xavier makes a good pizza, so there 's that...

I drove to the restaurant, so I wasn't able to order online. I tried calling several times, but either my calls were disconnected or I couldn't get through for nearly ten minutes before the line dropped. When I arrived, I noticed at least six employees inside. I poked my head in and asked if they had any hot and ready pizzas, but they ignored me. I waited at the counter for several minutes without any acknowledgment. Eventually, I got someone's attention, only to find out they didn't have any pizza. This experience left me very disappointed with the customer service.

Must sharpen the pizza cutters. The thinnest crust they make, and the cheese is barely cut, had not even traces in the crust.
