Panera Bread - Garner

We 'll here 's another food Resturant disappointment. Have been going to Panera Bread over 5 years was excited when they opened a store in My area of Clayton. Unfortunately there service has started declining. Several times have visited during dinner time, not looking to drive though, but actually to sit down and dine in. Several times have found you might as well forget going during early evening because they are out of bread as choice with soup. This evening went there and the have changed their whole menu. You would think they were the new subway. They eliminate the pizza, a favorite for kids. For a place that has a bakery you would think the would have enough breads for all meals. Instead we choose another option to substitute for baguette but it was not in the bag when we got home. That 's really too bad because they had a good brand. Also, I ' 'm not opposed to drive through, in this fast passed culture but how hard is it to get the order right and everything in the bag! What causes that... well the supervisor told me they were very busy when we ordered .... My wife, who was frustrated she did not get all her order, watched several workers standing around talking to each other and on iPhones while she waited for the order. I was told to bring the receipt in next time and receive a piece of bread! Wow thanks a lot, how about just a little more diligence in getting the order complete. I 'll one more try and if service not improved I 'm done! Oh by the way did corporate CEO 's provide input for menu changes from buying public!?

WOW! What a disappointment.The sandwich being shown on Panera's menu was not even close to what they served me. I knew it would not be like the photo, but this was ridiculous. Maybe 2 spoonfuls of meat. I always liked Panera's, but I am done with them. Truth in advertising is not their motto.

I hit a bad day, they were changing menus so most of the items were not available. Now that you have to order yourself, there was no one at the counter to even ask questions. Not as good as it used to

We picked up Sunday morning bagels. And didn’t look in the box until we were home. Our bagels were flat! And they had very little toppings on the cinnamon crunch Asiago cheese. The only bright spot was the everything bagel. Which were as they should of been. It would have been better to have a bag of bagels from the

Food was delicious.Chrislyn who attended us was really, really nice. Was very attentive to all our needs and went above and beyond for us to have a wonderful experience.
