Bidra med feedbackThe employee at the takeout window was not wearing a mask. I had placed a $20 order through the app and did not receive any sauce packets. I reached out to Taco Bell twice in the past week and a half, but I still haven't received a response from them.
The chicken sandwich was dry, and the wedges were overcooked to the point where there was barely any potato left in them.
Great fast-food. When I walked in there were 10 people in line, while we waited to give our order about five more people entered ...and two single guests left because of the wait. The cashier was excellent at taking orders, there just wasn't enoughfood prep/cooks. The drive through line wrapped around the building. Dining room was dirty, I had to use water from the fountain with napkins to clean a table.
I tried to reach out through the app's "Contact Us" feature, but it led me to a page that didn't exist, and the 1-800 number was closed. By this point, my food had been sitting, getting soggy for over 40 minutes while I waited in line. To make matters worse, they ended up giving my food away before I could even make it through the drive-thru. What a disappointment!
I was incredibly impressed by the excellent customer service. The staff was friendly and took the time to ensure our order was flawless, despite being busy. The food was delicious, and everything in our order was correct. The popcorn chicken was outstanding—perfectly cooked and fresh. This will definitely be our go-to Taco Bell/KFC whenever we're in the area!
