Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Two employees outside were so brilliant and helped me choose something amazing from the menu. You have made the experience totally brilliant.

Horrible service. I ordered wings and asked for extra nuclear sauce and the wings were so dry and they didn?t give me no sauce .

Awful service, I only ordered 2 things, large fry and a coke, I asked.for.the fries to be made fresh to order, and extra seasoning salt, and Zaxby sauce. Pulled up to the window, passed me my coke then my fries, check the bag no seasoning salt, asked for some 31 Alan C told the young lady, they didn't have it. I Asked again he and she stated the same they didn't have any. Pull off reach for a straw,.no straw, fries cold come on, it was the only thing ordered. Turned around, spoke with a manager, the manager was very pleasant and responsive, I received my refund, and even offer to cook me some fresh one's. I didn't want it ,but please have better staff at your windows. To lie about not having any seasoning is ridiculous, and unacceptable. When clearly I saw the seasoning salt in the binds full

This was my first time at this location in Garner. My chicken was hot but my fries was cooked to brown hard. If they have someone on fries just make sure they pull them up before they get to dark. If they fix this I would give them a 5. The bread was toasted perfectly.

Drive through was steady moving. Good service. Food, asked for sauce on side for boneless wings....well got sauce on them. Fries were hot good. Wings not hot in temperature. Otherwise.....okay.
