I order a pie and calamari on Uber eats. After 45 minutes (when Uber eats said it was ready) my wife went to pick it up. When she told them the order name at the counter they scrambled looking for our ticket and apparently found it and told her 15 more minutes. They clearly never started our food. My wife asked several times if they had even started it because she had our son in the car and would rather go home and have me pick it up when it’s ready. After she asked several times and got ignored they finally told her they were really busy and it would be another ten mins. My wife came home and I went to pick up the food. Not to cause them more stress I walked in told them my order and they handed me my food. I got to my car and decided to look at the food and they gave me a pizza that is not only doughy but looks like it was just literally thrown in the box. After waiting an hour for our food, which was a pickup order I expected my food to be fresh and cooked to perfection. This is not the first time we had issues with this place but I can tell you it will be the last.

This place used to be a great go to but appears to be under new ownership. Pizza was downright bad and service was worse. Tough to order delivery and drive to the place two hours later only to make them remake all your food because it sat out so long. Food: 1 Service: 1
