Agawam Diner - Gary

I believe it was better in the past. It's classic comfort food, but it feels like it's been around for 80 years.

If there were a 10-star rating for the best pie, I would give it to the Agawam Diner. Oh my goodness! As a baker, I've never tasted such an extraordinary cake! If you're ever in the Agawam area, you absolutely have to visit. I plan to return as often as possible to try everything they offer!

The food is absolutely fantastic! What impresses me the most is the absence of harsh fluorescent lighting, which creates a lovely vintage atmosphere reminiscent of the early 1900s. I always feel so comfortable there that I'd happily stay longer, but the line of patrons waiting outside makes me give up my table shortly after finishing, so others can enjoy the delicious food and inviting ambiance.

If there were 10 stars for the best pie I’ve ever tasted, I’d give them to the Agawam Diner. Wow! As a baker, I’ve never had a pie that compares to this one! If you haven’t visited the Agawam yet, you absolutely have to go. I plan to return as often as possible to try everything they make or bake.
