Great spot! The staff are friendly and fast. I ordered a steak burger which was almost perfect. Just a little burnt. But it was well flavored. It came quickly. Our waitress Amanda was great. Overall the atmosphere is great. Sometimes they have a live band. Cool for a Casino spot.

I was very impressed with the service at this restaurant! My server, Eric, was extremely attentive, polite, and kind. He checked in often and genuinely seemed to care about his job and ensuring that his customers enjoyed their dining experience. The manager, Kris, was also wonderful and I believe she is doing everything she can to make this location a must-visit spot in the neighborhood. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this Hard Rock. The food was delicious, prepared correctly, and served quickly. The kitchen staff were on point and everyone on the property treated me well. Great job, everyone!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, enjoying a delicious burger and drink. Despite the negative reviews, we had a great time. It was our first visit since it opened in the area. Our server, Eric (or E as his name tag said), was extremely friendly and deserving of all the praise.

We visited for the live music on Saturday nights. Ivy Ford and her band was amazing. We loved her so much we saw her at the Chicago Blues Fest the following day. The food was delicious and the drinks were on point.

The service was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. We had a 30-minute wait for our table, so we decided to sit at the bar. The drinks were fantastic! Surprisingly, we didn't even have to wait the full 30 minutes as we were texted quickly and seated promptly. The steaks were absolutely delicious, and the restaurant was very clean.
