J J's Pizza Shack - Gary

I've been a loyal customer at JJs for years, but I had a frustrating experience recently. My 9-year-old daughter wanted plain chicken wings, but I knew she wouldn't finish all 12. I asked if I could get 6 plain and 6 mild wings, and they told me no, but I could have the sauce on the side instead. The only difference is that the cook doesn’t toss the wings in the sauce. I find this approach quite lazy on their part.

The food here is incredible! I highly recommend the Stuffed Crust option—it’s available on the whole pizza. The service was fantastic, and the staff were eager to assist! As for the atmosphere, it’s quite unremarkable; it’s just a straightforward pizza joint. However, the delicious food is what will keep you returning! Service: Takeout Meal Type: Dinner

.I get delivery 2 or 3 times a week and half the time they send me the beef sandwich instead of the sausage sandwich. I’m usually not one to complain but this is really getting old. They repeat my order back to me and when I call and complain they act like it’s my fault. I’m done with this place. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
