Bojangles' - Gastonia

They were quick and polite. I'm not sure how their food taste b/c I was stopping there for others. but judging by the line that I was in it's the place to be. My general rule is if their are NO lines at eateries during what would be considered high traffic time of day...stay in traffic until you find the hot spot!

They got my order right the first time, which may not seem like a big deal, but it's impressive considering that in the past few months, no one else has managed to get my order correct anywhere I've been.

I visited the drive-thru for dinner tonight (10/27/2020) since indoor dining is currently closed. Despite it being a busy dinner hour, the line moved fairly quickly. The staff were polite and friendly. After pulling away from the window, I checked my order and realized that some of the chicken I had ordered was missing. I quickly got out of my car and informed the young woman at the drive-thru window. She resolved the issue promptly without any problems, demonstrating great customer service. The food was hot and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.

Wow, it was my first time here, and it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had! It's definitely become one of my new favorites!
