If Harold isn’t teaching folks how to do customer service right, he should be! Grabbed a pizza to go here a few weeks ago in an hurry between meetings, and he provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Didn’t get aggravated by my (hunger-induced) indecisiveness. Asked me questions, provided guidance based on my response, and was super upbeat and friendly to boot. This was my first time visiting a Schlotzsky’s in YEARS. I think the pizza dough recipe has changed (it used to be the best as a kid but was kind of bland this go around), but the customer service was exceptional! Will definitely visit again!
