Love this place, selection of beers is out of this world! Great staff and service. Your lucky if you catch live entertainment. Nice patio. Swing by 5e Baron down the street!

I will start by saying that I honestly love to support local businesses.Went their for lunch and the service was just so atrocious it ruined the entire experience.There were maybe about 50+ customers with only 2 waiters/waitresses and 1 hostess. Got our appetizer before our drinks... never was offered a 2nd drink... had to flag waiter to place order for lunch.Once we were finished our lunch, our empty plates stayed at the table for 30+ minutes all the while trying to flag the waiter for the bill and were being ignored.Food was deliciousDrinks was delicious

Absolutely terrible to be honest. We like to support local businesses and are in desperate need of a good place in Aylmer, but L’autre Oeil falls short big time. Three times in a row now we are told a 30 minute wait for a table, then another 50 minute wait for our food. This last time, We decide to stay as we figure where else can we go after waiting all this time. After watching tables that arrived after us get service, we inquired about our food. It finally came after 65 minutes and was stone cold. All three plates appeared to be old food that was slapped together in the most forsaken way. At this point, after our last experience there was as bad, we got up and left. I simply couldn’t give this place another dime from my pocket.We were clear with the waiter the food and service is just unacceptable; however I don’t think they really care obviously.. I went home and made us tomato sandwiches.

Eating is terrible, couldn't both end plates, it was so bad. the bungalow was hard, the poutine sauce was mixed with a strange spicy, the BBQ wrap was cold and the guacamole did not fit in the burger at all. they have a wide choice of beer, but that's quite a lot. it is a beautiful looking terrace and it would be great if they could improve on their food.
