Les delices d'Ali - Gatineau

We love getting food from Delicias de la Luna once a week. They serve fresh and authentic cuisine at a very affordable price. The three of us, including our 8-year-old daughter, can enjoy a meal for under $25, which is a rare find these days. We have always been satisfied with our dining experience at this restaurant.

And yet, the kitchen is like you were there. our favorite dish, pastillas (to seafood or chicken), which are very difficult to find in the area and which are worth the detour by the street gamelin (it must be for two years that the restaurant is moved there; the photo of tripadvisor dates a little...)The couscous at the lamb is huge and good to roll on the ground; Even our teenagers agree!Only the default, the dining room is not really nice, and a huge TV that seems almost always syntonized on football doesn't make any difference. In short, in winter, it's mostly a delivery restaurant. but in the summer, the terrace is pleasant, despite the view on the parking lot of the nearby shopping center, because the food remains succulent at a price to lick its fingers!

Food is very tasty. Alternatives in Gatineau are very expensive. This place offers a good variety and it is worth the price. It is informal dining, and the room is a little bit chilly, but the quality of the food is worth. They serve the tagine in a very hot pot that keeps it warm even if you do not eat fast. The couscous and the tagine are the most tasty, not greasy, that I have had in town. Portions are good, so you get a full meal with one dish rather than being forced to order an entry and dessert. Service is professional.

I have visited this restaurant with a friend multiple times. The service is always friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves Moroccan cuisine.
