Chocolate Monkey - Gatlinburg

We walked to the location on the strip in Gatlinburg and ordered the Best Ice Cream we had on our trip. Great Ice Cream and customer service. Recommended.

The banana pudding ice cream is amazing!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and inviting. Will definitely be back!

Serena has such a terrible attitude! Extremely rude and condescending. The food is nice, however, this is sadly overshadowed by the crude, disrespectful and frankly disturbing considering that this is a family geared place of business.

Serena was extremely rude. She seemed annoyed when we told her what items we wanted. She asked us a question and rolled her eyes when we answered her. Other employees were okay. I don't care how good the treats taste, customer service was horrible and I won't be back. Other people saw the service and left as well.

Serena was VERY rude. She was helping my family with our order and gave attitude any chance she could. Would rather walk down to the other caramel Apple Store on the strip than come back to this horrible place.
