Bidra med feedbackWe had a very short waiting time before we went up and sat at our table. We ordered our food and our appetizer just a few minutes before our meal. I will say, however, that they had the best food we had during our stay in Gatlinburg. Good variety for everyone. Our service wasn't so good. Our waiter didn't check us at all, we ran out of drinks several times and had to fly him down several times to bring more. I also asked for a side of Ranch for my frits, and after waiting until my frits were cold, he came to our table and told us that they were from ranch at the same time, took our incomplete nachos, while not attention and poured the chips/beans/cheese in my drink. He offered nothing instead of the ranch and rushed away. He then brought our check without asking if we needed anything else (my friend wanted another beer, but made sure he would know that he had ordered another, but to forget that he had already brought our check). I would have given 5 stars if not to the bad experience with the waiter, but we will definitely give it another attempt when we are back in town.
Food was not what we were expecting. We ordered a dinner salad to share and it was very small. The artichoke cheese dip was good but the fries were a little dry. Service was a bit slow, not because our server didn't try but maybe...understaffed? Nice atmosphere. Didn't see any elevators so don't know if it is handicapped accessible but there are a lot of stairs.
I rarely give 5 stars, but the food, facility, and staff were all great. I had the Reuben, fries, Delta Catfish, and Cole slaw. All of it was great. The rest of my crew loved it all from burgers to chicken tenders to meatloaf. The decorations felt warm, an they had an outside veranda if you want a city view. Stop in, and you will not be disappointed.
Food was pretty good. Service was good, though our server was nice but seemed a little flustered with a larger group with loud kids. Menu has good options. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely give it another visit. The restaurant is on second floor and we had to leave our stroller downstairs to climb the stairs. Just a heads up because we aren't sure if they have an elevator.
Lee was an amazing server. Great personality, great food, and even better service. As busy as it was (nye weekend), Party of 9, and staggered guests the whole experience was great. He even brought out a cake for the birthday girl! He also gave his recommendations and best sellers which were ordered. The pear cider was really good so was the hillbilly punch. He sang and let everyone know it was her birthday which added to the fun. Highly recommend asking for him. Would def recommend going. Expect a LONG wait time. Understand that it is a popular restaurant in a very busy area. We got real lucky it was less than the quoted 1.5-2 hr wait. Most restaurants were about the same wait time down the strip. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for the great and memorable experience.
