The restaurant was closed until August 2022 for renovations, and it has been completely transformed. The entire space has been demolished and rebuilt. The owner should update the opening details to reflect these changes, which I am confident they will do.

For a service station, the customer service is surprisingly excellent! While it's still a service station, you can expect a similar experience at other locations. There's also a McDonald's attached, which is a bonus — you can refuel your car and grab some not-so-great food at the same time!

Not impressed with the disrespectful attitude of one particular staff member who called me Love and Darl which is sexist language. When told that this name calling is rude, she got angry. Being disrespectful to customers breaches the BP Code of Conduct. BP needs to train all their staff to respect customers with Sir or Madam not any other condescending names.

Three times in as few months, I have been unable to get the LPG pumps at this sh*tshow of a fuel station to actually pump any LPG. After asking staff why, they just shrug and say There 's LPG in there, try pump 19 which unfailingly also refuses to do its job. I 'm not sure why, as there is no secret word you need to utter under your breath to entice the machinery of this particular unit to work, and last time I looked, the invocation of Satan or other Black Magic was not required in order to obtain LPG from any other petrol station I 've used in the past 25 years to get gas. BP, what 's the problem? You lost my business today, and won 't get a fourth chance, because it 's pretty obvious you simply don 't care. On the last occasion I visited, to get petrol, I had to go searching for a bowser that actually worked. Looking around, I noticed yellow THIS PUMP OUT OF ORDER signs on NINE of your petrol pumps, and took a photo, it was so ridiculous. Get your act together, please! :

There are hardly any toilets. frightening lack of service options at mcdonald’s. Zero Counter Service, all order themselves. no possibility to ask for help. and then the fuel price in gatton, 5 km away 144, but here on the carbahn 167! much to go? we are not coming back.
