Excellent service, food is hot and well prepared. Ceiling is a mess-I wish the owner cared as much about this location as their staff carea about customer service and high quality products.

I have been twice in the past two weeks...and have left w with no food...first time was they was changing the greese that takes 2 hours during open hours and nothing is postedtemporary closed...now they have no dark meat...and was told to hold a minute then 5 minutes later told that was pulling up the chicken but not dark meat...no apologies..nothing..so I said forget it ..it makes me sad to see a place where I used to get my food from fall to pieces...hopefully the ower will see this and correct what is going on...NC y have employees hanging outside...leaning over the counter...and out the drive through window w no customer service...just isn't right

Messed up our order and went back and the district manager a Ms Betty was rude and nasty when i simply requested she replace a drink that wasn’t made properly

Ordered the Korean BBQ nuggets. I got several pieces of chopped up chicken tenders no sauce empty fry container and unsweat tea... I called she told me unless I drove 20min back she wouldn't do anything.. on hold with corporate now.. coulda just apologized.. and refunded this trash
