What I regret most of all is to have payed the bill to the restaurant owner, who brutally insulted my wife and family! God beware the poor people working hard in this men's tourist trap. Very very bad experience with the restaurant owner! We recently came to eat to that restaurant with our children and our best friends. Our children behaved very good in terms of no noise, no crying, no screams or running around the restaurant. They just ate with us and talked with normal voice. We just came there on time and departed on time. However when we were about to pay, the owner said something insulting. He said: If you ever come with the children again, you better not to come back here. He also said we came in late and departed late. We came and left the restaurant within 2 hrs of time and we also had to eat in hurry because the food came quite late. What an insulting comments to hear and his face was so arrogant as if we came there as beggars. This was the worst experience ever and we definitely never came back and advice everybody never ever come to this restaurant. Arrogant owner! The fish to my standard was also tasteless. It's definitely overrated. Regretting our time to eat there. 0 out of 10 if 0 is possible!

My friend and I went to Gado Gado for dinner at 8 pm. We opted for the rijsttafel, which included four different dishes. The food was good, the decor and atmosphere were nice. The only downside was the slow service - it took 45 minutes to get our drinks and an hour for the food to arrive. However, the waitresses were doing their best. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, although a bit overpriced, especially the bottle of still water priced at 10€. dine-in meal type: dinner.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely incredible. We dined in for dinner and the price per person ranged from €30 to €40. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5.
