Bidra med feedbackThe female manager on duty is extremely unprofessional. We were a larger group and when we arrived we were the only ones in the restaurant. Arriving at 5:20pm, we did not get our drinks until after 6pm. As the restaurant starting filling up, we realized that there was only one server in the entire dining room and the poor girl was run off her feet. Meanwhile, in the background, the manager was barking orders and yelling at another server no more than ten feet away from us, loud enough that the whole dining room was quiet and listening, wondering what the heck was going on. Seeing as the restaurant was becoming busy, she offered no help to the only server in the dining room.We asked for our bills at 6:50pm and did not get them until almost 7:30pm.We’ve come to this location several times as a group and have always had slow service but we decided to keep coming back as we were hoping it would improve. It never has. We won’t be back.
I've never had a review of this deep, but the service at this place is absolutely terrible. the hostess and server are barely present, they constantly forget the requests to fill in drinks and wait for a long time. I would say I am a very patient person, but it is absolutely ridiculous to wait their guests for a long time if I can see a lot that they are sweating and laughing at their colleagues. if it wasn't for eating (although great by the way) this review would be a star.
I went with my family and we had a great time. Our serve was new and did a great job getting our order right and also providing us with further options. He was pleasant and included our kids when speaking to us. In all a good experience. Also, the atmosphere was clean and spaced out.
Food was great or else I would have given one star. It took us over an hour to get our food. Apparently there were only two people working in the kitchen. Firstly maybe hire more people. Second I can relate to being short staffed. I am constantly getting overtime do to being short staffed. The difference is stuff will get dropped if we don't have the staff to cover it. So maybe close for takeout, skip the dishes, etc. since your customers in the restaurant should be your priority (they are buying drinks and tipping your wait staff so seems like a no brainer to me). We kept seeing massive takeout orders going while we were waiting for our dinner. Very frustrating. There were two waitresses. One was really good. Unfortunately we did not get her. Ours was severely unorganized. Not her fault the kitchen was understaffed but if she had been more efficient it might have sped up the process a bit. Her excuse was her shift ended at 5 and it was 7 (she started at 11). So she had a six hour shift and now was doing eight hours. I hate to break it to you but in the real world an eight hour shift is my normal shift and with the overtime because of staff shortages I have often been doing 12 hour shifts or more. So not really an excuse. We asked for a discount for this horrible service. We got a free desert. We would not have even received that if we had not asked, plus I think we should received more for the lack of service. Very frustrating experience.
Came here on 04/11 to enjoy some delicious food with some friend's there wings were very good that I ordered. It wasn't dry or undercooked it was cooked at the right temperature but it was a bit pricey our server was very friendly and we didn't have no complaints on our meals.
