Bidra med feedbackWe stopped here after shopping, we are greeted by a very pleasant employee and sitting immediately. The food was quite delicious and good taste. Prices were slightly higher, then expected for a restaurant in an outlet room. The biggest frustration was that a table that was placed after us had taken her drink and food order before someone came to see us and take our drink order. I wanted to find someone when the hostess saw me and found the server and sent it. Otherwise the atmosphere and the food as a whole were good!
Came here for lunch with my sister and you?re better off eating at the food court. The service was pretty slow and the food isn?t nothing special.
I'm glad they finally opened up a restaurant at the premium outlet. The server was nice, quite chatty, and had plenty of recommendations. We decided to share the half rack combo meal which was the perfect size for an afternoon snack for two. Everything tasted really great, especially after shopping! I found it odd they only served bottled water as opposed to tap water in a glass but I assume that is because of the pandemic. Would eat at again.
They have a surf and turf combo (ribs and a seafood app) for $22, that's a pretty good deal! Food overall tastes quite good, especially considering it's in an Outlet, probably one of the better food choices in the mall. I give them 8/10!
Tried the fish and chips, it was really good. The server was also nice but few issues with service. The food took a long time to arrive and in between the server didn?t come once to check if we needed any drink refill or water etc. They don?t serve tap water and you have to pay extra for a water bottle. I alway find that very irritating when a restaurant does that. If the resturaunt got busier all of a sudden then it?s not customers? fault. Last but not least they ran out of cutlery so they gave us plastic fork and knife. Not sure how that can happen as there were bunch of empty tables. We raised the concerns and got an apology from the sever. But something like 10% discount for the compromised experience would have been only fair.
