Taco Bell - Georgetown

I returned to the restaurant this morning and was pleasantly surprised by the manager's diligence. He truly listened, offered a sincere apology, and recognized the situation. He went above and beyond, even replacing the one item that hadn’t been missing or wrong. I went from giving them 1 star to 5 stars! I hope he can spend some time with the new night manager to help improve honesty and customer service. I just don’t understand what happened! There was practically nothing in my order—just a flat tortilla and some meat, missing most of my food! I returned around 2:53 PM, just 10 minutes after picking up my order, only to be told that they had already closed everything and asked me to come back tomorrow! Their online hours say they don’t close until 4 PM!
