Wingstop - Georgetown

Rebecca was amazing that the store was super busy, but was able to get around all (also me during the lunch break) definitely a great location just wishing that it was bigger!

Just picked up a phone order and it was incorrect. Not all of it but enough to be upsetting. Ordered boneless and got bone in. Asked for voodoo fries. Got regular asked for honey BBQ sauce and got hot honey BBQ. My kid doesn't eat spicy chicken. Now I have to cook something when I thought I could just hit that easy button and go home. Why offer options if you won't or don't provide them.

Very slow service, cashier gave attitude when asked about my order, and it took over an hour for my order to be ready. They had a full crew too. Will never oder from this store and is the worst service I've had at a Wingstop! The manager needs to actually hire people that will work and not screw around upsetting the customers!

I always crave wingstop, I don’t know what happened with the business but EVERY time I go there the wings are undercooked, fries are cold or under seasoned/undercooked even though the order just came out.. I drive 20 minutes to round rock just to avoid going to this one. Just want wingstop to taste good again.

I have not had the greatest experience with this location… they got new managers so I thought I’d try it again and this passed week I had the best wings I’ve ever had from here!! They were meaty, fresh and tasted amazing!! I want more!!
