Keto and completely gluten-free menu, the owner is beautiful

The restaurant no longer prioritizes gluten-free options and I saw one of the staff members placing a gluten-free sandwich on the grill right next to a regular sandwich.

This place is a true little hidden gem (and completely GF)! I walked in and immediately was hungry from the delicious things cooking, from pasties to slices, salads and quiche I was spoiled for choice. I grabbed a salad and cake and can I say the cake was THE BEST gf cake I have ever had. Customer service was next level and while chatting with the owner she made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to answer my questions and discuss GF cooking and how the ingredients are sourced. I’m only in town for a few days but will be back tomorrow to try out some more food.

Completely gluten free, and the staff here are absolutely lovely! Large range of gluten free cafe food and salads you can’t get anywhere else.

They offer a nice selection of breads, cakes, and lunch options.
