Pho House - Germantown

This place was amazing that I had it for the first time, they showed up my Pho-Kirsche? omg the taste was great I was always skeptical about pho, but let me tell you that this place is not disappointed that I go tomorrow oh and the hot sauce idk when it is made in the house or what, but it is tasteful as well as with a kick of heat!!!

First time there and trying pho ever !!! And let me just say I been sleeping on pho! Yall gotta try it if you haven't before! The broth has great flavor and the side sauces they give you add a great additional burst of flavor ! The meat is nice and tender. That soup brought me back to life lol I legit felt the nutrients kick in! Check this spot out!!

I have been eating here for 10 years and sadly the quality has not been the same lately. Today, I ordered 2 large phos one had half the amount of noodles as the other one. So I paid for a large and ended up with less than a small. The summer rolls were 90% lettuce with 2 pieces of shrimp, and on top of that the shrimp was slightly mushy. I asked for extra basil, and got a normal amount. I want to remain loyal to this place especially since we are all going through tough times, but this was disappointing? If they continue to skimp out on ingredients, I?d rather drive further to another spot.

I always order from Pho house, great food and I thought service too. Paid 12.95 for a small vegetarian pho and I thought something was wrong since I ALWAYS order the same thing. It only had ONE piece of a tofu, cut up into three pieces. I always have more than ONE WHOLE tofu. I don?t know if they were low stock, but management PLEASE SEE THIS and talk to your kitchen staff because this is SAD PHO :

Very delicious Vietnamese food. Pho broth was deep and tasty. The lemongrass pork banh mi was very satisfying, and the grilled pork with rice was great. We left full and content and will be back for more.
