Subway - Germantown

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and they made a delicious subway club sandwich. This is a takeout meal type option for lunch, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their cookies.

Screwed the sandwiches up twice went back to get the right sub and they closed 15 min early

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I placed an order online for pickup, but when I arrived, the staff did not acknowledge me despite me waiting at the pickup area. After waiting for several other customers to place their orders, I informed the staff that I had a pickup order, only to be told that they did not have it. I had to wait for my order to be made, which ended up being sloppy and with overly toasted bread. To top it off, the staff tried to charge me for items that I had already paid for. It was clear that the staff was inexperienced and lacked proper supervision. I will be taking my business to the Carlisle subway from now on. I cannot give a rating as I received the wrong sandwiches. By the time I returned, my order had already been given to someone else. I did not have time for a remake, but they did provide a refund. There were no apologies, just a bad attitude. I will be going to the Carlisle store from now on. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Order on the app usually 30-45 minutes before my lunch break and half the time still isnt ready by the time I get there. Got a 30 minute lunch break and sometimes spend 10 minutes of it waiting on something I ordered 45 minutes before. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
