Bidra med feedbackMadame was still on tour, and I had no desire to cook for myself alone. Even to the same restaurant as yesterday I didn't move. Due to multiple construction sites (the express road towards Kiel was blocked directly from the place, towards Eckernförde from the neighboring village and the holiday with possibly changed opening hours a difficult operation. Finally, I had chosen two restaurants with the available information, one in Osdorf and one in Gettorf. After some misfortunes (the restaurant in Osdorf was of course closed because of the holiday, the Asian in Gettorf was not an Asian, but a pizzeria ended up in the good old “Adria-Grill”. It's always a bank if you don't get anything else to eat. Operation When entering, I was kindly greeted by the service behind the counter. She offered me to sit at a table in the back guest room, but I did not want to block a table for four people in the already well-stocked restaurant as an individual and therefore stayed at a small table directly at the entrance. Shortly afterwards, the service came to the table, handed me the menu, changed the tealight in the light and lit it. While I studied the map, she ran emsig through the restaurant, fed the other guests with food and drinks and barked with deep voice on Serbocroatian commands through the hatch into the kitchen. After I made my choice and closed the menu, she came back and picked up my order. The ordered drink then served it in a very short time, and a little later it already brought a plate with napkin and cutlery and the side salad. For her deep, horny voice, which occasionally sounded somewhat aggressive, this employee can certainly nothing, but her behaviour was always perfect and friendly. Food The food offer forms the Balkan cuisine in full width, supplemented by some international dishes. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a home page of the restaurant and, of course, no online ticket. My hunger was quite neat, and so I decided to “Grill Plate, Kotelett, Filetspieß, Hacksteak and Cevapcici, with French fries, Djuvet screams and salad” (13,00 €). The salad served in advance consisted mainly of iceberg salad, turquoise white cabbage and turbulent carrots, with two slices of cucumber and one tomato vat. The whole was covered with a fairly large amount of (most likely pre-addressing). After I had consumed the salad, it took about ten minutes until the grill plate was served. During this waiting period the service provided several other tables and also pickups with food. The portion on the plate was really enormous. Among a fillet skewer, a large chop steak, a “cotelett” (without bones, a large Cevapcici and a slice of grilled bacon, only on two corners there were rice and fries. The fries were hot and crispy, the rice was very well balanced between dry and soaky and tasted very good. The pieces of meat were all very good quality and practically perfectly roasted, tender and juicy. The two pieces of minced meat were good and strong, but quite differently seasoned. I have not eaten such an excellent grill plate here or in another restaurant so far. Ambiente I have already described the establishment of the restaurant in more detail in the previous review. There are plenty of dark wood and some carpets on the walls and on the benches' backs. In this respect, the time has remained here since the late 1970s. Cleanliness Despite the somewhat dusty equipment, the guest rooms were clean and well maintained, with dishes, glasses and cutlery there was also no reason to criticise. I didn't visit the toilets, I can't make a statement.
