Bidra med feedbackAmazing food, just loved it. Authentic food with loads of good spices. Sweet was outstanding and something I haven't tasted before
This is one of the best places where you can get authentic bengali foods and I like the simplicity in their recipes which is kinda homely. Not too spicy or not to oily. Good for health as well. Wish they will keep this standard of quality in their food in future as well.
Very good food at a very reasonable price. The kolkata style biriyani and the kobiraji were very authentic and tasted delicious. Looking forward to the other dishes.
Have ordered a few times from this eatery and for bengalis its a good option. The good thing is that they are wlling to deliver to Noida also, of course, it take more time. They mostly have a meal system, but now have some extra items, which is nice to have some variety. The cooking is reasonable pretty much like home cooked food. The main limitations i see are the limitation on what you can order as the number of items is limited, but growing. And the big issue is their packing they pack in aluminium container with a top its not a proper sealed container of plastic as a result, invariably a lot of the gravies get spilt for example yesterday i ordered a vegetable curry, which basically arriived with the curry spilled all over the packet. So this is one important area of improvement, i believe they need to seal the food aluminium containers are no good.Otherwise, the rice, rotis, paratha, dal, vegetables, fish variety are all good. Definitely worth giving a try. Also the point that another reviewer has mentioned about the guy who receives the calls having very little idea about the food is true i have also experienced it. You need someone who understands the food and is aware whats available , etc.But considering the extremely limited options for having bengali food in this region, i am giving them a 4.
The menu itself is a piece of art, with elaborate explanations and colourful illustrations. For main course, there is rice the quality and quantity both are nice , alu bhaja and kosha mangsho. The dal is a sure-shot winner. The kosha mangsho here is killer, the meat delectably soft, yet with a bite and texture, in a peppery hue and subtle-spiced flavour. Daarun! For desserts, we have tomato chatni which must make its way on to the list of the world's five best desserts, for me, at least! Delicate, not too sweet and just heavenly! but as I informed you guys earlier the delivery guy was bit rude. so I think you should take a look at this matter. overall awesome experience.....
