Bayview Szechuan Chinese - Gibsons

Great restaurant with good Chinese cuisine, good view and friendly service!

The food is always hot, fresh and so delicious. The fellow who works there is always so friendly too.

The mushu pork was not good. The pancakes that are supposed to accompany it were tortillas!

Visiting our friend ,Carol Gibsons and Bayview was recommended as she had eaten here before, and it was, a very good luncheon we had. The service was great, as was the food. The owner was the waiter, not a smiling guy with his purple hair but very serious and efficient doing his thing. We 3 had the wonton soup which was good but a little bland but the luncheon entres were very good. Presented piping hot from the kitchen. Our friend had the shrimps with vegetables, my Mrs had the sweet and sour pork and I had the beef with broccoli. All came loaded with either rice or a chow mein. It was All very very good. We had some leftovers to bring home. If you're ever in Gibsons, I/we would Highly recommend Bayview.

Delicious food, best Chinese on the Coast! Amazing waterfront views. Service is fine. There is a huge lack of servers on the coast, and what little staff they have, are working very hard to keep things running smoothly . Highly recommend for dine in, or take out.
