De Niro's Grill - Giffnock

I drove all the way from Hamilton for a meal, but I found no information on any platform indicating that the restaurant was closed. Their Facebook page claims they are open, yet there was no one there. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue; it happened before when they were under the name TriBeCa. Changing the name hasn’t improved the disorganization.

We experienced a very long wait for service, and it took even longer to receive our food. While the food was good, the restaurant wasn't very busy, so I couldn't understand the reason for the extended wait times.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was truly delicious with a wide variety of options available. I highly recommend it for lunch. I arrived at 11:30, and the service was quick and efficient.

The service here was incredibly slow. We had to wait at least 20 minutes just for our food order to be taken, and then it took another 30 minutes to receive our meals. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy! I used to really enjoy this place when it was called Tribeca, but my experience this time was disappointing.

A wonderful restaurant with fantastic food and a very friendly staff.
