Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Gilbert

I ordered a blizzard loaded with toppings, and they prepared it just perfectly! The fries were also delicious—who knew Dairy Queen could be so good? The service here is exceptional; they really nailed that perfect ice cream combination!

I've been visiting this restaurant for over 30 years, and it's typically quite busy, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. The parking lot is a decent size but needs some repairs, and the building could really use a makeover. It's old, but maybe that's part of its charm for some people. The service tends to be slow, although the staff is usually friendly. One thing I don’t get is why they charge so much for soft-serve ice cream!

I 'm not sure why but this location can rarely get my order right when I go through the drive-thru. I ordered a drumstick blizzard and I end up with a cheesecake blizzard. Another time I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard but I was givena chocolate chip blizzard, no cookie dough. I have several other examples. It 's frustrating to say the least. Perhaps Managementshould train the employees to read back the customer 's order for verification. I don 't have any problems with thefood/blizzards just the fact my order is wrong 8 out of 10 times.

Another enjoyable visit to DQ with the usual tasty food and friendly staff. The place could really benefit from a thorough deep cleaning, but honestly, most restaurants could use that!

The special was quite good, and the service was nice on Sunday. The drinks were all enjoyable as well. However, the hamburger bun was a bit on the dry side.
