Dreadfully burned hard and cold smells terrible because it is burned and no straws for the drinks. how to drink ice cream in a straw! 54 dollar eat 4 what? they won't answer. why they couldn't just give it back. scham on dünkin donuts

I used to work at this Dunkin in 2019 and we barely had problems. Over the years this has become THE WORST DUNKIN. Everything is always wrong especially the last 6 months or so! I ordered a small hot chocolate for my son and in return they gave me a scalding hot coffee. I also ordered 4 wake up wraps and they were all smooshed into one bag. They told me at 8AM THEY DIDNT HAVE DONUTS??? DO NOT GO HERE

Half the time I order a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles we don't get it. Ordered a breakfast croissant and it was still frozen in the middle. And when the line is extremely long you just wanna run in to get a single donut for your kid but can't because the lobby is always closed. Why?

Found hair in drink, rude employees, messed up order, did not completer our order, very unsatisfied with this d&d will NOT BE RETURNING!

This might be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the country. DD corporate should really look into whoever is running this particular store because the service is abysmal. Never have any munchkins, anytime I’ve ordered a breakfast sandwich it’s burnt. They turned my son and wife away when it was 120 degrees and they wanted to dine inside. Shall I continue? The only reason we go here is because it’s around the block. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
