Mcdonald's - Gilbert

Wow, I never thought mcdonald was so beautiful and clean. After I go here, I see the potential that a mcdonald can have if own or do a little more thought in the improvement of the older ones there. plus great customer service to go with it! so 5 stars safe.

Super friendly service. Clean dining room and fresh food

I ordered in the drive thru and they asked me to pull out front to wait. I waited over 40 minutes for 3 triple cheese meals, 6pc nugget happy meal and 10pc nugget.They brought out my meals and said, sorry, we were waiting on your fries Really?!?! 40 minutes for fries!But they forgot the rest of my meal! I even called in to the store to tell them I was still waiting!!There were tons of cars waiting.It was such a zoo there!After the 40 minutes I went in the store. They remade my entire order, refunded me my money and I still had to ask for the apple juice and for the sauces for my nuggets. All of which were noted on my receipt!If this place ever asks you to pull around front on a busy day in the drive-thru..... don't do it!!! Sit at that window and get your food. They push way too many people through the drive-thru and then forget you and they can't catch up! It took me an hour from the time I paid to the time I finally got my food.

Loved how I pulled up to the menu in the drive-thur I was greeted by the woman with a what do you want had to repeat the 3 times, still got it wrong somehow! Dont understand how you mess up a hamburger with only ketchup but these people found a way! Trash service all around! Dirty looking store! Hear the girl who was being completely rude to every customer, cussing up a strom threw the window while she was muting her mic! You be better off firing every trash that works in there! All around trash is you ask me

This location is ridiculous. The person who took order on drive thru acted very inconvenienced about my simple order. Then i get to the payment window and the girl is so distracted on her phone she doesn't speak or look at me. Then i get to pick up window and that person acted inconvenienced to give me ranch. The people here act childish and miserable.
