Panda Express - Gilbert

I came on a busy Friday night, the line was out of the door and the only visible employee was Brighton somehow cheerful dishes, chow my, and check customers basically at the same time. Looks like a flash scene. Would recommend.

After visiting this store last month and receiving an incorrect order that looked like leftover entree remnants thrown together I received an apology and a gift card to try again. Went there tonight at the heart of dinner rush and the unsanitary handling and placing of food, crew incompetence due to inattention to detail and non communication, eventually forced me to leave after waiting 20 minutes.

One thing about panda is that it is consistent. There is always a long line and it takes quite some time to get through it but the taste is always exactly the same. The cashier was really kind and gave us an extra fortune cookie. I?m always surprised that each store seems to have different drink offerings though. Food is fresh as always.

They managed to burn half the noodles. Worse part is instead of throwing it out, they decided to serve it to customers anyway. I eat in other panda express locations and never have this problem. Avoid this location.

All the staff members were super courteous and accomadating to our needs! The girl up front was very sweet and crowd pleasing even while occupied with fufilling my order!
