I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Over the past few weeks, the staff has been dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. We've lost three employees recently because they found better-paying jobs. Our part-time workers are putting in long hours, and I think they're doing the best they can under the circumstances. They're understandably exhausted, especially with the holiday rush and the big game coming up on February 4. Each day, we typically have no more than four employees on duty, and some of them are working alone for 6 to 7 hours due to our staffing shortages. I really appreciate my team in Gilbertsville. We're doing everything we can to keep our customers happy!
I was amazed at how efficient the store is running, now I stopped going there about 3 months ago, the place was shut down, and the people weren't about being on their phones as if they were at home and not at work. I needed something to gather to a small house so that I was in a pinch and this store was on the way when I was in keeping I was greeted with a big smile from the business Co-Manager Debbie and the other co-manager Krysten helped the other client and I thought it was a joke, I asked who the manager was so that I could supplement the store, and the employees Debbie informed me that they had worked out I will file a complaint with EEOC to review working conditions. Thank you. Mike ONSill
I live in Red Hill, which is only about 15 minutes away from this restaurant. I frequently order a large quantity of pretzels for school parties and on the last day of school for my kids. They absolutely love the hot dogs and cheesesteaks, while my personal favorite is the pretzels. Growing up in Philadelphia, I have fond memories of enjoying these treats both at school and on Saturdays. Whenever I'm near the store, I can't resist buying something. We typically get 10 or 20 pretzels at a time, freezing the ones we can't eat right away, and we often cut them in half to make delicious hot ham and cheese sandwiches. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water, so I think a trip to the store is in order!
Love the pretzels but the amount of signs posted on 73 is a little crazy.
