The Nor East. - Gilles Plains

This lovely restaurant has a simple and tasty menu that is served by very friendly staff. The menu choices have pub favourites with specials nights as well as a select few specialties to stimulate the taste buds. The cosy dining area is quiet and comfortable and the staff were very accomodating to re-arrange the furniture for our grandsons birthday dinner with family.

Been coming to this pub for years since it first opened and been coming back ever since. The food is delicious and great portions as well. The staff are friendly even the new chef he is really nice as well. When I ordered my meal with my mum today we only waited a few minutes and our meal came out, as the chef brought them out to us with a smile on his face. The salt and pepper squid was delicious and it wasn't even oily at all, as my mum ordered the fish and chips as she actually loved it also there was 3 pieces of onion rings with her food and they were cooked perfectly and not fatty either

Had lunch today with a group for Xmas and can't thank them enough for their effort in making it a great day. We had 25 people and they were amazing. They make you feel welcome, the waitresses were fantastic, the food was really good, plenty of it. Once again I can't thank them enough for what they did for us.

The staff were lovely clean polite and caring meal was delicious I'll be going again thank you

Nice chicken parmy, but unfortunately this is one of the pubs where you have to pay $1 for a takeaway container.
