Pho Thanh An - Gilroy

Food is great (Haat Spring Rolls and BBQ Beef with Vermicelli) and service is fast and efficient. Everything is fresh and to order. The restaurant itself was clean, although a bit scattered. Overall good experience and will eat there again.

First time coming here. Definitely won't be the last. They offer dine in(patio seating) and take out. What was nice about eating there was that they still gave it in the take out container so you know that no one else has used it. So you know for sure that it's clean. Had the shrimp soup with rice noodles Came out hot and tasty. Broth wasn't too salty and came with just the right amount of shrimp. Looking forward to my next visit!

Lovely little spot for quick lunch stop. Thier broth was good the bbq and rice was the best. The atmosphere was pleasant not very busy when we were there. Reasonable price but the plum soda was way too salty.

I haven't been there in person since early 2020, but have been a regular TO GO and Doordash customer since they reopened. Still my favorite Pho in town. Generous portions, reasonable prices and an assortment of non-Pho items as well. Everything I've tried has been good. My go to is a 28 (chicken w/ rice noodles) and a Taro shake with pearl.
