Had the tartare a very generous tasty portion. My steak was cooked to perfection. Excellent service and so glad Gisborne has a decent fine dining experience. Will be going back when in town.

My wife and I were recommended USSCO so we made a point of having dinner there over the weekend while in Gisborne for a wedding. We could not fault the service or food and I would go as far to say it is probably the best meal I have ever had eating out. I will recommend USSCO to anyone looking to eat out in Gisborne and will definitely make a point of eating there again when next in Gisborne.

The duck was the best I have ever had, been here a bit lately and this place continues to impress with the quality of food and service. So consistent.
