Mcdonald's - Gladstone

Those people don't have a clue about what they are doing working in that place. I even mentioned it and they told me that IT IS WHAT IT IS...

There is a young man that works at the pay window he is very nice to customers and is great at his job!! We need more people like him.

They made my party of 12 clear play area for cleaning at 6pm on a Friday night and never reopened play area for our kids. They said someone got sick, but we never saw them clean inside climbing area. They put chairs on tables and cleaned floor, and closed for eve. Many of us had already started eating others were waiting on food. Had to gather food, shoes, jackets, kids, and all.We spent $100 on food but couldn't let our kids play. An hour later, they still did not reopen play area or clean climbing area. Only cleaned floors and shut it down.

The food is fine, same as any McDonald’s. But you can’t even get your drinks refilled. That is so cheap and absurd.

This is a McDonald's. They are all the same. What do you expect a review to say? Have you been to a McDonald's before? Great l, then you've been to this one.
