Summit Grill Northland - Gladstone

They have always enjoyed dining at other locations, where both the food and service have consistently received top marks. This was their first visit to the Northland location, and once again, the service and food were excellent. However, they were disappointed by the number of flies they encountered during their meal, which became quite bothersome and disrupted their dining experience. Thank you.

I am giving the restaurant three stars for the service because it was not very busy, and our food and drinks took much longer to arrive than anticipated. However, this should not be seen as a reflection on our server, who was friendly and did her best under the circumstances. Ultimately, the restaurant as a whole is accountable for the service rating.

Our server, Kyle B, was exceptional! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

A great place overall. Last time there were a few small misses, like the celery and carrots with our buffalo wings were past their tip.

Great food and drinks! Gladstone location is so beautiful and so convenient for our family.
