The Queens Steakhouse - Gladstone

This was the most disappointing Kirkpatrick experience I've ever had. It felt like the chef was still learning—there was barely any flavor, and it seemed undercooked. The dish was swimming in juice but lacked any sauce. I would have rated it only 1 or 2 stars if it weren't for the steak, which saved the meal. If you decide to eat here, I strongly advise against ordering the Kirkpatrick oysters—they were really bad. The steak was decent, though.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. We visited during a football carnival and it was completely booked, but they were kind enough to set up a few tables for us on short notice. The food was excellent, and they were very accommodating to the kids as well.

I really enjoy visiting Queens and have been there many times over the past ten years. The staff is friendly, the food is reasonably priced, and it is served quickly.

1. Staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. Our group came in close to closing time but they went out of their way to make sure we didn't go hungry for the night. Best service. 2. I had the rib fillet. One of the better ones that I have ever tasted. 3. Covid-19 protocol well observed. 4. Room ambience was perfect to have your dinner. Thank you.

The homemade quiche was lovely. Service was awesome. Will definitely be back with family and friends . Thank you Melissa
