Little Caesars Pizza - Glasgow

I have always enjoyed the pizza from Little Caesar's! My family and I eat there every Thursday. The pizzas are always fresh. The only thing I wish could be improved are the breadsticks. They are deflated pieces of bread stuck together. I decided to try the Crazy Bread, but the pizza is still delicious.

The order was not finished in time. I waited for 45 minutes to find out the last pizza was lost. did not receive the side parts and had to ask for them. while waiting for my pizza, the rest of the order was cold when the last pizza came out. I ask for a discount and the assistent manager said it was not an option. about all this was not a good experience and I will probably not be back.

Pizza was good and hot but had to wait a long time 20 minutes waitpizza

Others then slow and forget I would give them 5 but I would say they need some different workers or better management to make a small difference!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an online order at 7:15 with a confirmed pickup time of 7:45-7:50. I arrived at the Glasgow, KY location parking lot at 7:55. The lobby doors were locked and there were 9 cars in the drive thru. All of them pulled through because no one ever answered the speaker. Knowing my order was already paid for, I waited patiently as the cars one by one left the parking lot without any food. At 8:15, I pulled up to the window after getting no answer on the speaker. A young man opened the window. I informed him I had an online order. He closed the window, grabbed my pizza, sat it on the counter. 4 minutes later, the employee handed my pizza out and walked away. The pizza was COLD. It wasn't hot or even warm. I had 5 hungry children with me. So, I took the loss and left with the pizza because it seemed that there was no concern by the employees. I have to say, I have never been so disappointed in quality of service and product as this. I think I may have been better off to buy frozen pizza. The temperature was not far off. Also... the crazy bread was just a big wad of bread.
