Amazing service!! Above and beyond! My daughter and I were stuck on a delayed bus before a theatre trip and phoned to explain delay. Daniella organised our lunch with 2 glasses of wine to be there within 5 mins of our arrival... incredible service!! And the food was so fab! ... delicious! I think this is the best service I have ever known!!

Absolute gem of a place. It's always very busy which is an indication of how good it is! Food is just delightful, service is top notch with a great atmosphere.

Very impressed with layout of the restaurant. staff very welcoming menu choice very good and authentic Italian food, quality of food served exelant my wife and I will certainly be back next time we visit Glasgow would recommend the restaurant to anyone

It’s been a few years since we last visited, so we were a bit apprehensive about previous expectations being met. We needn’t have worried! Everything was just perfect. The restaurant was busy, warm buzzy and filled with the familiar wonderful aroma of Italian cooking. Staff were delightful, attentive, pleasant and helpful. The food was perfectly executed and absolutely scrumptious. Really authentic, delicious Italian fare. Minestrone soup, mussels in tomato chilli sauce, spaghetti aglio olio peperoncino, seafood spaghetti, all . Well done to Sarti’s for not compromising and maintaining such a high standard over decades. We will be back…..very soon

Arrived with no reservation on a busy Saturday night, we were old if we ordered a drink and were happy to wait we could sit outside, it was a lovely evening so we did so. We waited maybe 25 minutes and they managed to squeeze us in as it was just two of us wanting a quick main meal. The food was really delicious and the staff good although it did take 20 minutes to our order to be taken. The restaurant it is really loud, the music is far too loud alongside the open kitchen the general chat of a busy restaurant. We got the bill and as we were in a rush we quickly looked at he total, left a 10% cash tip and left. It wasn't until the next day i realised they had already added 12.50% tip to the bill. So they in fact got nearly a £16 tip. I really dislike places that do that and i am kicking myself for not noticing at the time. Tipping should be up to the customer, not the restaurant. It has put me off returning.
