Glastonbury Pizza House

I have placed a food order online via the restaurants slice app. I ordered a 16 cheese pizza with extra cheese, garlic and peperoni. I also ordered sweet potatoes, 12 chicken parm sub, carrot cake, chocolate cake and 2 liters of diet coke. eating is disgusting. the pizza tastes like a card board. no taste at all. no additional cheese. if they call this extra cheese, they will be mistaken. the sweet potato fries were all soggy and not frissable. the only thing that wasn't bad was the 2 liter diätkoks. when I complained, the owner said that they do their best to make their food big. no refund on an order of $69. Avoid this place like the plague.

Worst pizza place in the city, by far, only open in the late night, and we had a demand, but what a mistake that was. so many pizza selections in the city, each one better. the best product we had was cranking pommes with cheese and speck. and they even forgot the speck. lol. we have learned our lessons.

The pizza was doughy and undercooked. I also ordered a cannoli for dessert and discovered a piece of a plastic bag in the barely filled dish, which I found unacceptable. When I brought this to their attention, they dismissed my concerns and claimed that the poor quality of the food was not their problem.

The only decent thing was the diet coke. When I complained, the owner said they try their best with their food. I did not receive a refund for my $69 order. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I just received the onion rings and they were not properly battered- just a greasy mess. I paid over $7 for this. I hope the rest of my order is much better. I regret tipping when I prepaid.
