Bidra med feedbackSo its 5 oclock, the kids want chipotle I usually go to the other one on west broad street but the navigation pulled this one up first. The line was out the door. The worker were trying to keep up but the people in here do what i mean one guy had 7 orders. Wtf ? We are all due our food so no biggie righttt? Except the entire line was either friends and family. I say this because one person would go back and forth sitting then coming back to order more? Or add another order? Im a parent so i know how it is is to have 4 kids by my self . I dont do this . I get the orders together before hand so i can put my order in at one time. So i wont be back not at this time or any date in the future not due to staff but the people.... Its been 30 mins on a line for a burrito , okay
My visit to Chipotle today (7/3) around 3:15pm left me disappointed and compelled to give this poor review. Upon arriving, all 6 staff members ignored us. One woman after 5-10 minutes of being ignored for service looked at me and rudely held her finger up telling me to wait. She did this twice before another staff member finally took our order. The food itself was very subpar, not even the slightest amount warm, and the portions were laughable. At checkout, the same woman was rude yet again. Every internal company issue was now supposedly my problem. The most frustrating part of my visit was there was no opportunity for free water. It was 95 degrees outside and because they didn't have water cups, she told me I would have to pay for a soda cup. After some back and forth arguing, I eventually gave up. What restaurant doesn't provide free tap water? I am consistently disappointed in Chipotle at most locations and even their online ordering process, but this one takes the cake. I cannot recommend this location for a pleasant dining experience.
Went by there tonight to pick up an order of mine that was made wrong and needed to be fixed, which has happened repeatedly, there were 7 customers standing around waiting for online orders. The Chipotle staff was refusing to take orders from walk-in customers until all online orders were filled, and when one walk-in customer asked how long he would be expected to wait, a female employee responded: I don 't care what you do, that 's totally up to you. You can just leave. Terrible customer service, awful quality control. Horrible location.
Literally never once have i gotten my order correct from this chipotle. honestly everyone should be fired and they need to start from the ground up. maybe work on reading comprehension first.
Will now be leaving a review based on portion size . The guy took a small scoop of carne and then shook the spoon.
