Burger King - Glen Burnie

This place was alright. I saw a slight change food-wise. Sadly the burgers were cold inside out, and the lettuce was slightly wilted. I really wish to see this place return to it's formal glory.

Staff was awesome. Can't ask for anymore than that.

Yesterday I ordered the impossible whopper and I only checked once I got home but the patty was brunt to the point of being bitter! And today I placed a delivery for the impossible grilled one patty whopper and it came with two. I 'm asuming the other one is a regular whopper patty because when you 're ordering delivery, it requires you to select both an impossible whopper patty and the regular whopper patty . I asumed, since it was under the impossible whopper options, it was a glitch because it wouldn 't let me continue otherwise. I dont know if im the only one experiencing this but I tried calling them to let them know but they don 't pick up calls either. Customer service businesses should not be THIS bad at customer service. I have to throw away the food now because I can 't eat meat.

The manager Donna Enriquez told me that they did not offer an item (spicy nuggets) at this location even though i ordered and paid for it online. She was dismissive and would not give me a refund. She said it had to be done through the app with no further explanation. Very unhappy with the entire transaction.

I love the Impossible Whopper but on my last visit they over-grilled my impossible burger. Overall, the experience was good. The drive through line moved quickly and the employees were friendly.
