Bidra med feedbackMoved here recently and decided to stop by. The tea I got tasted like it was a week old and literally made me gag. The coffee was wayyy to sweet I asked for 4 sugars and definitely got more than that. Had to tell the cashier my name at the drive thru three different times for them to find my mobile order.
I came in yesterday around 3-4pm and the cashier was so rude ! : i get we have bad days but rolling your eyes at me while i’m trying to order is so unnecessary.
After sitting at the drive thru menu for 6 minutes with no response, I pulled around to the window where I was told that this ice cream shop was out of ice cream. This is at least the 10th time this has happened. Why? Why wouldn 't an ice cream shop have ice cream in the middle of the summer. No apology or further explanation other than the truck is late. Wouldn 't you buy enough ice cream to sell to your customers, especially if this keeps happening? Perhaps someone should educate the franchise owner about the laws of supply and demand. Please advise this store that they are not good at the one thing we naively think they are capable of providing, which is the sale and distribution of frozen ice cream treats. I will not be returning to this location and have serious compunction about Baskin Robbins as a brand. Perhaps I should take my business to Oberweiss as they seemed to have cracked the code on keeping ice cream on hand to sell.
They all was have my fav ice cream clover and they have nice decorations and it is nice and clean
If I could give zero stars I would. I have placed at least 3 mobile orders and none of them have EVER been ready when I get there; and because I've known this I'll order 15-20 mins ahead to give them time. Each and every time they scrabble to make it when I pull up. This is kind of ridiculous, why have the app?? I have gone in store and been ignored for 15 mins on a 30 min lunch break, like come on. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to.
