Food's ok - but not really worth it!. First - how about cutting the portions to some reasonable size and lowering the prices? Each entree contains enough food for two people...but its really not that good. We've been there several times, but the funny thing is, no one in our family has ever really found any entree or sandwich that is good enough to order more than once! I really wanted to like this place...but I'm not sure that it's worth the prices...One thing I would order again - the Red velvet cheescake is fantastic! Update - March 2017. This place has really gone downhill. They have a wide menu, but I have learned they can't actually COOK everything on the menu! They have special issues with foods on the lower calorie menu....which makes sense. Everything can taste good when covered by sauces and cheeses....but when you have rely on the actual taste of the food itself....you see who can cook and who can't. Case in point....the Tuscan Chicken. There is a farrow salad with the chicken that is very important to the dish. Mine arrived with the farrow completely uncooked. It was rock hard...frankly if someone didn't notice, they could have easily chipped a tooth on it....it was literally like trying to eat tiny pebbles. The dish was also missing several components listed on the menu. when we told the server, she indicated that she would tell the manager. Well, I don't know what she told him....but no one ever talked to us and we were charged the full cost of the dinner. To make matters worse, the server was terrible - never checked back with us nor returned with the promised refills on water and soda. A comedy of errors. I was always a bit "iffy" on this place...but I have to say, I believe they have seen the last of me.

Where did my waiter go? I went in to eat in this Cheescake factory, because I like eating generally. I was in tcf in hawaii, california and florida (places I lived after the move to milwaukee, I saw this cheescake factory and went to eat. I never went back. the server were dirty as they had yellow, not white dresses, their shoes had holes in them and were dirty, and I can only imagine if their server (what the guests see) are these dirty, how dirty the backhouse is, I started eating in bravo. the waiting staff was much cleaner, professional and personal. I have a waiter who was excellent, who reminded me of fine food maintenance staff in others...read more
