Outback Jack's Bar & Grill - Glendale

What a difference a couple of years can make with new owners, we ate here about 2 Years ago the food was very Average and the Staff were Pigs.My wife and I decided to try again as we had a Entertainment Book Voucher, this time around the meals were excellent, staff on the ball, we then found out that the owners were new and were working tonight, thank you to the new owners for bringing back Great service and Delishes Food

Outback Jacks is a great place to take family and/or friends. It's children friendly.The staff are very obliging and their service is quick and friendly.Glendale is a great restaurant with great food and smiling staff.The food was good although I ordered a smoky lamb burger and I should have eaten it with knife and fork. The melted cheese and aoli dripped all over my hands. I needed several napkins to complete my meal. It was nice though.

This is our 3rd time here with a group of 20 or more. The manager that came and seen us tonight was rude. Did not have alcohol to put in their drinks. The drink blender was broken and on the menu there are crop ribs... Apparently you don't do them. Why are they on the menu then??? For spending a few hundred dollars here you would think there would be better customer service.

Went here for lunch on a hot day and found the a/c was not working properly. Then ordered a cold beer and it was slightly cold. The wait staff didn't really seem to care too much. Looked overworked and under paid!!! Meals were ok but nothing to write home about.

Was taken here for my birthday, food was nice but expensive, I would have expected better quality and quantity for the price. It was a Dinner time visit so my review is based on main meals and one visit. I would not choose to go back mainly due to price vs meal quality and size.
