Carl's Jr. - Glendale

I had a somewhat complicated order and special request for my meals, and the staff kindly accommodated them. They were very helpful and efficient, especially in dealing with my daughter's food allergies. Thank you for being so wonderful and accommodating! The food was delicious as always. The dining experience was surprisingly good. They even offer a delicious vegan-friendly Beyond Meat burger that was excellent. The drive-thru was quick, the food was fresh, and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant soon, even if it means going out of my way.

I visited Carls Jr this morning after seeing on their website that they open at 6 o'clock, which was convenient for me. I arrived about 5 minutes before 6 and waited for parking until 6:02. I then went through the drive-thru but received no answer. After waiting a few minutes, I tried again with the same result. I eventually went inside to place my order, but found the door closed and no one in sight. I'm glad I didn't end up eating there because the place looked dirty and unorganized. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location.

Had to wait a bit, but besides that the service was amazing, we got cold frying and the type that worked the window (I think his name was isaac) was very friendly, he replaced our riders, apologised for inconvenience and waiting and even gave us a cheesecake to make everything!

Carl's Jr has some of the best tasting burgers around. They have everything from burgers and fries to chicken and milkshakes. It's clean and employees are polite.
